PRODUCT FEATURES:It is suitable for winding the rotor windings of micro motors such as motorcycle starter generators, automobile heaters, oil pump motors, power tool motors, etc. The whole machine is controlled by Japan's Mitsubishi FX2 programmable logic controller (PLC). Three-axis Mitsubishi MR-J3S AC servo system. The operation man-machine interface adopts Japanese Mitsubishi large-screen color LCD touch screen. Parameters such as the number of slots, the number of turns, and the hook angle can be modified in real time. It adopts Mitsubishi magnetic powder tensioner, which can set four tensions of winding, hook, indexing and standby, and is equipped with the first hook and crimping device to avoid decoupling. The whole machine has a high degree of automation. It is an ideal equipment for micro-motor production lines.
