Application of frequency converter in automatic rotor winding machine

In our automatic rotor winding machines that are commonly used for processing coils, there are a variety of applications for parts and components.      In the application of the spindle system of the fully automatic rotor winding machine, the spindle system of the winding machine is mainly composed of three parts: the motor, the speed regulation system, and the control system. The early winding equipment mainly used DC motors and electromagnetic speed regulation motors. The two kinds of motors are difficult to maintain, low control accuracy, and high failure rate. After the appearance of the inverter, these backward control methods have been replaced. It can directly control ordinary asynchronous motors with simple structure and high cost performance. The frequency conversion control system is commonly used in the spindle speed regulating mechanism of the rotor winding machine.

The active pay-off mechanism of the automatic rotor winding machine also needs the participation of the frequency converter to play the role of speed regulation. During the operation of the active pay-off mechanism, the frequency converter needs to adjust the speed of the pay-off shaft in time according to the tightness of the wire. It keeps synchronous linkage with the take-up speed, and it is one of the main control components in the active pay-off mechanism.
