Daily use and maintenance of magnetizer

   Turn off the power before maintenance of the magnetizer. After the maintenance is completed, the site should also be inspected and cleaned up.

     1. Daily maintenance:

     1. Clean the surface of the magnetizer every day to keep no debris and ferromagnetic materials piled around the equipment.

     2. Check whether the various screws of the machine are tight.

     3. Check whether the power cord and power plug of the magnetizer are in good condition.

     4. Check whether the equipment switch can work normally.

     The above points are maintenance tasks that should be done every day.

     2. Periodic maintenance:

     1. Check the inside of the equipment and clean up the dust and impurities inside the magnetizer.

     2. Check the internal parts and circuit boards of the magnetizer to see if they work normally and are clean.

     3. Check the connection of the internal parts of the machine. If there is any looseness or fall off, report for repair in time or invite the original manufacturer’s technicians to come and guide the repair.

     The above three points should be regularly maintained according to the maintenance plan of the magnetizer when it leaves the factory.
