Reasons and solutions for wear and tear of magnetizer

    Most of the magnetizers need to work continuously. Once damaged, the production will be interrupted. Therefore, the magnetizers are required to work continuously for a long time without damage.

     (1) The main reason for the damage of the magnetizer coil is the short circuit between the coil turns. The reasons are as follows:

     When the magnetizer is used, the coil temperature rises too high, exceeding the maximum allowable operating temperature of the wire insulation layer, and the insulation strength decreases, causing a short circuit between turns after insulation breakdown. Because the resistance of the breakdown point is greater than the resistance of the wire, the breakdown point will overheat and cause the fault to expand.

     Solution: Improve the design of the magnetizer, increase the efficiency of the magnetizer's magnetic circuit, reasonably select the wire current density, improve the coil heat dissipation conditions, and make the magnetizer meet the user's required work cycle, the coil temperature rise does not exceed the maximum allowable wire insulation Operating temperature.


    (2) The coil is not fixed. It is the electromagnetic force received by the wire, the current passing through the wire, the magnetic flux density at the location of the wire, and the length of the wire. The unfixed wire will vibrate due to the electromagnetic force when it is magnetized. As a result of vibration, the insulation of the wire will be damaged, causing a short circuit between the turns of the coil and reducing the magnetizing magnetic field.
