Several magnetizing methods of magnetizing machine

     There are many subtle differences in the process of magnetizing different materials. How to choose a magnetizer to magnetize it must start with different magnetizing methods.

     Generally speaking, the magnetizing method of the magnetizer can be divided into three types: unsaturated magnetization, saturation magnetization and oversaturation magnetization. These three magnetizing methods can be easily seen from the naming, and the differences are mainly introduced below.

     Unsaturated magnetization: In this case, the energy of the magnetizer cannot reach more than 95% of the saturation level. So this kind of magnetization is reversible, that is, under the influence of external force and time, the magnetism will gradually decrease.

     Saturation magnetization: Under the action of the magnetizer, the magnetism of the material reaches the critical point. Under normal circumstances, materials subjected to oversaturation magnetization will not exhibit demagnetization.

     Oversaturated magnetization: Magnetizing capacity reaches 1.5 times of the saturation magnetizing capacity. Such materials generally require a better performance magnetizer for magnetization, and they will be used in environments with high magnetic energy requirements.
