Description:
1. Electrolytic capacitors are small in size and low in cost, but they have large inherent loss and large inherent inductance. They are not used for narrow pulse width magnetization with a pulse width of less than 1ms, and their life is short. Oil-immersed capacitors have better electrical properties than electrolytic capacitors. They can be used for us-class narrow pulse width magnetization and have a long life. Moreover, the whole machine can be equipped with functions such as demagnetization and fixed-value magnetization, but it is more expensive.
2. The ignition tube switch is very suitable for various magnetizers, with strong overload capacity, but it is no longer produced in China and needs to be imported. The SCR model has a longer life than the pilot tube under the conditions of reasonable use, but its overload capability is poor, especially limited by the current rise rate, and cannot be used for pulse magnetization with too narrow pulse width.
