【Picture】The composition and working principle of the mechanical system of the automatic rotor winding machine

     The automatic rotor winding machine is composed of mechanical structure, air circuit, and electrical control. The mechanical part is composed of a frame, a winding mechanism, a coil mold, a wiring mechanism, a demolding mechanism, a heating mechanism, a thread trimming mechanism, and a tension mechanism.


     The working principle of the automatic rotor winding machine is: the enameled wire comes out of the raw material barrel, after passing through the tension mechanism, the wire maintains a constant tension, and then passes through the wire wheel of the wire arrangement mechanism, and then to the pressure column of the decompression wire mechanism. The winding mechanism and the winding mechanism work together, that is, every time the winding mechanism rotates for one revolution, the winding mechanism drives the enameled wire to move a distance of 1 wire diameter, so as to realize the neat and precise winding. At the same time, the heating mechanism heats the enameled wire and the abrasive tool, so that the enameled wire can be bonded together once it is wound on the abrasive tool. When a coil is wound, the decompression wire mechanism cuts the enameled wire while the other end is overwhelmed, and then the coil is unloaded. Repeatedly, realize the automatic holding line.
