1. Turn on the power supply and good grounding, turn on the switch.
2. Install the weldment in accordance with the specified requirements, install the weldment in the designated fixture, pay attention to aligning the spot welding position of the weldment with the spot welding needle, and then fix the fixture with the weldment on the workbench.
3. Adjust the spot welding needle, the distance between the bottom of the needle and the spot welding surface is 4-8mm.
4. According to the welding material, adjust the pressure on the spot welding needle.
5. Set pre-welding current, time and welding current.
6. After all the parameters are set, conduct pilot welding.
