One is to ensure the magnetic field amplitude after magnetization. The magnetic field amplitude of the magnetic poles after magnetization is far from the general theoretical calculation and actual.

     This is because there are many factors that have not been considered. At the same time, the magnetic field is a spatial function. In order to make the theoretical calculation value accurate, it is necessary to solve the three-dimensional electromagnetic field. The workload and calculation amount are too large. On the other hand, due to the inhomogeneity, difference and instability of the permanent magnet material itself, it will also bring distortion to the magnetization waveform. In addition, the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets are connected to the iron yoke of the motor, and the eddy currents will also affect the magnetizing waveform. The coil of the magnetizing head will also deform under the action of strong electromagnetic force, resulting in the skew of the magnetic field waveform.
