Talking about the control degree design of magnetizer

At present, most of the coils or windings used in the circuit are wound by a winding machine, and another permanent magnet is processed and manufactured by a magnetizer. Many times, the permanent magnets produced by the magnetizer are used as auxiliary devices in the machine, such as the winding machine mentioned above. One of the rotors in the automatic rotor winding machine is used. The device manufactured by the magnet processing is helpful to improve the coil winding of the winding machine. In many cases, the magnets manufactured by magnetizing equipment are helpful to the machine because of the internal structure of the machine. Here is the design of the control program of this magnetizing machine.

    The control program has manual and automatic. The manual control program is used for debugging and maintenance such as capacitor switching, capacitor charging inspection, and magnetization inspection. The automatic control program includes sequence control program, capacitor graded charging subprogram, magnetic detection subprogram, hmi interface program, door closing and magnetic head connection, overvoltage and overcurrent, etc. Since the whole work is flow-based, the subroutines of these tasks are connected in series by sequential control, which makes it easier to write programs and is easy to read with stl instructions. This is also the main design form of plc in magnetizing machinery.
