Talking about the use and principle of magnetizer

As a magnetizer, it mainly charges a DC current into a capacitor, and then uses a very small resistance coil to discharge, and the peak value of the discharge pulse current can reach tens of thousands of amperes. This current pulse generates a strong magnetic field in the coil, which permanently magnetizes the hard magnetic material placed in the coil. This is the current comparison of the use of electromagnetic effects. In comparison, its magnetization requires the use of coils wound by a fully automatic rotor winding machine, so it can be seen that the current mechanical use also needs to cooperate with each other. As a machine that uses electromagnetic effects, the magnets it produces are actually very helpful for other processing equipment.

    For example, the commutator precision turning machine needs the help of magnets to improve its precision, which is very effective for the detection of automobile hubs. Compared with other devices, this kind of magnetizing equipment is still different. Its magnetizing function requires a certain current and voltage, so it still needs to be tested during operation. The risk is relatively high, and strict planning is required for the selection of materials and structure in design.
