Why does the spot welder produce splashes during welding

Why does the spot welder produce splashes during welding

The essence of spatter is the ejection of molten metal liquid, which is related to the mismatch of welding pressure and welding heat. Generally speaking, the welding pressure is too small, the pressure is not synchronized with the current, the welding current is too large, and the welding time is too long. Long will cause splashing. There are three possibilities for spattering: one is caused by unreasonable welding process parameter settings, (Guangzhou Lanneng Electronic Spot Welding Machine, a manufacturer of intermediate frequency inverter spot welding machine) such as: unreasonable electrode shape, improper electrode material, welding parameters The settings are unreasonable; the second clock is caused by changes in external conditions, such as: the power supply voltage fluctuates too much, the welding machine itself is unstable (including current, time, pressure), the material of the workpiece changes, and the assembly size of the workpiece changes; the third type It is caused by electrode loss and excessive cooling water temperature.
