Maintenance operation after use of commutator spot welding machine

    The price of commutator spot welding machine is very expensive, so in order to ensure normal operation every day, it is very important to maintain it.

     After daily use, the following operations must be performed in sequence to ensure the long-term safe operation of the intermediate frequency commutator spot welder and the gantry commutator spot welder.

     1. Turn off the MCCB switch or power distribution switch. (It should be seen that the red light on the control box goes out)

     2. Press the white button under the water filter to drain the water stored in it.

     3. Turn off the air source and unplug the air hose. If the lubricating oil in the lubricator is too little and is below the lowest mark, add lubricating oil to the lubricator. (The lubricating oil suitable for the cylinder must be used, and the lubricator must be installed according to customer needs)

     4. Turn off the cooling water source.

     Note: When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃ in winter, after using the medium frequency commutator spot welder and the gantry commutator spot welder, drain the water in the cooling water pipe and blow off the remaining water in the cooling water pipe with compressed air.
