    1. During the working process of the magnetizer, the cleanliness of the workplace must be maintained. The hazards caused by unclean workplaces are specifically manifested in that magnetic particles such as iron filings are easily absorbed by the magnetizer, which affects the use of the magnetizer.

    2. When the magnet is magnetized, the magnet must be fixed on the magnetizer. Moreover, the field in the magnetizer must be greater than 2.5 times the coercivity of the magnet material, so that the magnet can reach the state of magnetization saturation.

    3. Within a period of time after the magnetization of the magnet material is completed, the magnetic object cannot be directly contacted, otherwise demagnetization will occur, which will affect its use.

    4. When magnetizing magnetic materials, pay attention to the temperature that different magnetic materials can withstand. For example, AlNiCo magnets can only withstand a temperature of less than 500 degrees Celsius. If the temperature exceeds this range, the magnetizer cannot fully magnetize it, and may even cause damage to the magnetic material.
