   The essentials of operating a fully automatic rotor winding machine:

     1. Installation essentials

     The machine needs to be moved to the scheduled production line, positioned well, installed air pressure, and grounded.

     2. Essentials before starting up

     Check whether the components of the automatic rotor winding machine are loose, shifted, adjusted, corrected, and rechecked.

     3. Operation essentials

     (1) Turn on the air switch, use a multimeter to confirm that the voltage is 220V correct, turn on the power, and enter the man-machine screen.

     (2) On the man-machine page, adjust the gap and positioning to achieve the accuracy of the winding machine.

     (3) Setting parameters

     Lower hook angle: the angle at which the fly fork stops one step before the hook line;

     Upper hook angle: the correct angle of the fly fork into the hook line;

     Number of turns; the correct number of turns required for the rotor to be wound;

     Flying fork wire angle: the angle at which the latter hook will clamp the wire after winding the wire well enough;

     Winding speed: the winding speed of the left and right flying forks.
