About the effect of magnetizing magnets

       Magnetizing machinery is currently the mainstream equipment for magnetizing magnets, and the use of such equipment requires a high-power motor. The current generated by the high-power motor is charged with a capacitor, and then the coil produces an electromagnetic effect. The magnet is magnetized, which is the basic use of the current magnetizer. And what are the specific attentions when magnetizing magnets? Let me talk about the role of magnetization.

      When magnetizing when the length of the magnet is close to the magnetizing coil, the vertical center position of the magnet should coincide with the vertical center position of the magnetizing coil, so as to ensure that the magnetic field strength at both ends of the magnet is equal, and the symmetry of magnetization is reduced. The magnetic method causes the magnetic field intensity on both ends of the magnet to be equal. The theory proves that the magnetic field intensity at both ends of the magnetizing coil is 1/2 of the magnetic field intensity at the center of the coil. When the magnet is close to the length of the magnetizing coil, it may not be possible to saturate the magnetization for H, SH and above series products. , When the magnetic field strength is not large enough, even M and N series products cannot be saturated and magnetized. In general, the length of the magnetizing magnet is less than 2/3 of the magnetizing coil.
