The magnetizer is a machine that magnetizes the material by charging a strong magnetic field with a solid line. The working principle of this kind of machine is to first charge a high-voltage direct current into a capacitor, and a coil with a small resistance is placed inside, and the coil is discharged through the charged current. This kind of discharge will reach a high intensity, thereby generating a strong magnetic field. This magnetic field will permanently magnetize the hard magnetic material placed in the coil, which is a more demanding machine than a fully automatic rotor winding machine.


That is to say, such a machine can produce a permanent magnetic material. In fact, its structure is very simple. The magnet itself is an electromagnet with extremely strong magnetic force. It is equipped with iron blocks of various shapes as additional magnetic poles in order to interact with the magnet. To form a closed magnetic circuit, when magnetizing, set up additional magnetic poles and magnets to be charged. As long as the excitation current is added, it can be completed in an instant, which is much higher than the operating efficiency of commutator spot welders.
